Full Service Coordination: Starting at $2,500
This is for you if you don’t want to lift a finger. Let us take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Our full service coordination package includes 10 hours on your wedding day (can be split between set up and your wedding and reception) and your rehearsal. Also includes 3 planning meetings to make sure everything is covered on your big day.
Full Day of Coordination: starting at $1,750
If you’ve planned everything and just need someone to come in at the last minute, this plan is for you.
The full day of coordination package includes 10 hours for your wedding (can be split between set up and your wedding and reception) and your rehearsal. Also includes one planning meeting to ensure everything is good for your big day.
Partial Day of Coordination: starting at $1,250
When you’ve planned everything for a smaller wedding, and just need someone to come in at the last minute, this plan is for you.
The partial day of coordination package includes 8 hours for your wedding (can be split between set up and your wedding and reception) and your rehearsal. Also includes one planning meeting to ensure everything is good for your big day.
Half Day of Coordination: starting at $750
When all you need is someone to come in and take over on your big day, look at this option for all your needs.
The half day of coordination package includes 5 hours on your wedding day (split between your ceremony and reception) and your rehearsal. Also includes one planning meeting to ensure everything is good for your big day. This option does not include any decor or event setup.
Consultation Call: $100
When you’re not sure what you need and want to talk to a professional about your options, this option is a great way to start.
The consultation only package includes a one-hour phone call to discuss your wedding needs and if we’re a good fit. This option does not include any planning, decor or event setup.
